Megan and John’s Engagement Shoot – The Mission and San Juan Capistrano
I am so excited to be photographing Megan and John’s wedding at Rancho Las Lomas in a couple of weeks! We got rained out several times for their engagement shoot but everything finally worked out and we were able to do the shoot in the incredible scenic Mission at San Jan Capistrano. Yes, a major schlep for me but worth it! It’s funny, it’s been a while since I’ve had to photograph a couple of such huge height difference. For some reason, most of my couple’s recently have been relatively the same size. The difference creates it’s own set of challenges and advantages as well. These two are both so photogenic, though…so my job was easy! There were so many photos I just loved from this shoot. I couldn’t decide what to blog but here ya go!
The Price Family
I photographed Laura and Will’s wedding in 2007 and I was so thrilled to hear from her sister Ellen to do a Family Portrait! I was supposed to photograph her son in NYC a year or two ago but we just couldn’t get it together. And now, a new addition to the family…Luisa! It was also so wonderful to see Laura’s family again and take photos parent’s amazing Rancho Palos Verdes Estate. Super cute family of 4 generations!
Carol and Shawn’s Engagement Shoot
Ha! I know, another engagement shoot at UCLA ! Carol and Shawn are a wonderful couple and I am so excited to photograph their wedding in March at the Hyatt in Huntington Beach! They are just such fun people and we had such a blast. Carol is going to be a gorgeous bride!
Kim and Mark’s Engagement Shoot
Kim and Mark are this fabulous couple who were referred and are friends with Jocelyn and Matt (Blog post Below). We did their engagement shoot both at the business school at UCLA where they met and at the Santa Monica Pier. Can’t wait for their wedding at Sherwood Country Club in April! I’ve never worked there before and it looks fabulous.

Baby Krishan – I really loved this guy. He reminded me so much of Tess when she was 2 weeks old! Amazing how they have personalities this young! So thrilled to have met Shruthi and Raj. I didn’t get a chance to blog her prego shoot (because I’m the worst blogger in the world) but they are just SUCH lovely people.
I photographed Guy and Jennifer’s wedding back in 2007 and it was so awesome to catch up. And now meet Samantha….such an adorable and happy 1 year old.
I got the photograph the beautiful Sauer family last year and I can’t believe how much they have grown! Always great one’s for my website!

I photographed Kelly and Mark’s wedding back in 2006 and now welcome baby Luca! 6 months and all smiles. I can’t believe he is no such a great sleeping schedule. Tess still doesn’t have one. Oy!
The Morph family was referred to me by the Parris family….They were so sweet and I just love that shot of Camden in the basket. Yay for sleeping newborns!

Can I just tell you how much I love photographing dogs lately. Since I can’t have one (Jimmy is deathly allergic) I live vicariously. Mark and Kelly were referred to me by Karen and Craig whose wedding I photographed back in 2008. They were so cool and their dog cooper is amazing. What a fun shoot!
Well, you’ve seen Samantha on my blog for years. What an amazing young lady she has grown into. Too bad I couldn’t see my old friend Clyde but lot’s of fun gabbing with her mom Sharon.
Marcy and Mark are on my blog all the time. Look at Annie, how much she has grown. Zee is too cute! So psyched to photograph Marcy’s brother’s wedding this year.
I photographed Michelle and Ed’s wedding back in 2006 (wow!) and photographed Thomas when he was 3 months old. Now Michelle is expecting another girl. Congratulations!
